Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted for unused and undamaged items within 10 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
- Certain items, such as perishable goods, gift cards, or sale items, are not eligible for return.
Fragile Returns
- Fragile items (e.g., ceramic vases) must be packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.
- Refunds cannot be processed for fragile items damaged due to improper packaging.
Damaged or Lost Items
- For damaged or lost items, email us within 10 days of delivery or expected delivery:

- Photos of the outer box from all angles.
- Photos of the inner box and packaging.
- Photos of the damaged product.
- Include:
- Visual documentation is required for insurance claims.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of return approval.
- Customers will be notified upon approval or rejection of their refund.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective or incorrect items.
- Using a trackable shipping service is recommended.
