Delivery Policy

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or phone if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided.

International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return any unused and undamaged item within 10 days of the product delivery date.
  • To initiate a return, email us at Contact@thegethub.com with your order details.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items, such as [list any exceptions, e.g., perishable goods, gift cards, or sale items], are not eligible for return.

Fragile Returns

  • For fragile products (e.g., ceramic vases), items must be packaged securely to prevent breakage during return transit.
  • Refunds cannot be issued for fragile items damaged in return transit due to improper packaging.

Damaged or Lost Items

  • For damaged or lost items, email us at Contact@thegethub.com within 10 days of the delivery or expected delivery date.
  • For damaged items, please include:
    • Photos of the outside box from all angles.
    • Photos of the inside box and packaging.
    • Photos of the damaged product itself.

Visual documentation is required for all insurance claims.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
