Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you via email or phone if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to all states within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Some items may have specific shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or hazardous material requirements.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

  • For damaged shipments, please provide the following documentation:
    • Photos of the damaged product.
    • Photos of the packaging (inside and outside).
    • A description of the damage.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
