Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted for unused and undamaged items within 10 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Fragile Returns

  • Fragile items (e.g., ceramic vases) must be packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.
  • Refunds cannot be processed for fragile items damaged due to improper packaging.

Damaged or Lost Items

  • For damaged or lost items, email us within 10 days of delivery or expected delivery:
    • Include:
      • Photos of the outer box from all angles.
      • Photos of the inner box and packaging.
      • Photos of the damaged product.
  • Visual documentation is required for insurance claims.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of return approval.
  • Customers will be notified upon approval or rejection of their refund.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective or incorrect items.
  • Using a trackable shipping service is recommended.
